QA Manager

Job Description

Experienced QA Manager, Midlands: This QA Manager role reports into the Technical Manager and gives you responsibility for a team of people tasked with ensuring quality standards are at their highest. It will be necessary to have previous experience of managing people in a food manufacturing environment, particularly one that is accustomed to supplying, ideally, chilled products to the major retailers. Your ability to drive performance will need to be based on reviewing trend analysis of existing technical KPIs and evaluating risks prior to the introduction of new process/product/raw material controls. This is a dynamic business so to be successful in the role you will need to be resilient and tenacious with a positive attitude and the ability to influence a right first time QA culture.
