You will have proven experience of working within a food manufacturing environment and past or present Bakery experience is a must have for this role. You will have working knowledge of KPI's and how to drive improvements. You will be tasked to encourage and develop team working and support individuals training requirements. You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large department of manufacturing operatives.
