Are you an NPD Chef who has a real affinity with the factory?

We have a vacancy for an experienced NPD Chef who has worked from concept brief through to product launch; someone who really likes the challenge of working with factory teams, is a good problem solver, a creative thinker and solution finder.

This role will be accountable for ensuring product integrity is maintained throughout the manufacturing and scale-up process. It needs someone who is able to challenge systems, identify new ways of working, improve productivity such as reducing wastage, increasing efficiencies and process flows to maximise factory and product potential. This is a new role and will become a key position as a vital link between NPD and Manufacturing teams.

Only experienced manufacturing NPD Chefs will be considered for this role.
