An experienced NPD Chef is required to cover maternity leave within this branded business that develops ambient sauces and soups for many foodservice outlets. This can be a home based role but the need to be flexible and travel is vital, including regular visits to a London based Head Office. The role will support the Foodservice Teams to deliver culinary aspects of the foodservice business plan, supporting Account Managers and delivering many customer presentations. You'll need to be experienced in product demonstration, and be comfortable on the stand at trade shows and exhibitions etc. Engaging and interactive interpersonal skills are also critical. Previous experience of developing sauces and or soups is essential. A proven track record of working with clients directly is necessary, as is the ability to identify their menu needs, spotting new business opportunities.
