Our client is a multi-national confectionery company. They are looking for a product technologist to join one of their expanding R&D departments in the UK.

Job Description

You will propose and perform technical and scientific trials as well as managing these technical projects to deliver innovative, competitive products and processes in response to specific business needs. As a result you will be willing to travel to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies and processes.

There will be a 3-month training programme but previous experience in a technologist role within chocolate is desirable, along with good presentation skills and the ability to impart knowledge to the wider operations team.
