Technical Supply Base Manager - Food Manufacturing

Job Description

This Technical Supply Base Manager role is working for a fast moving chilled food manufacturer supplying major retailers. This role will manage a technical small team.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the food safety of raw materials from the supplier base. This role will require knowledge of audits; internal, supplier and BRC. Candidate background should include an understanding of food manufacturing and the sourcing of ingredients and packaging.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with major retailers and familiar with food safety systems such as BRC. You will be qualified to degree or equivalent in food technology or a related discipline.
