Managing Directors - Food Manufacturing

We have several of our major food manufacturing clients requiring Managing Directors for future expansion to run existing and new parts of their business portfolios. They are seeking candidates with a strong track record in leading companies that manufacture product for the major retailers, under brand and/or private label, and will consider people from Commercial, Operational or Financial backgrounds. What is key is that you can combine entrepreneurial flair with robust management control and outstanding customer service focus. At this stage we are interested in hearing from senior candidates who are keen to learn more, as we will be able to provide a lot more detail once we have assessed suitability. If you are coming from the UK food manufacturing sector, can illustrate where you have added to bottom line performance, exceeded customer expectation and taken a large team through a business change process, then we would be pleased to hear from you.
