As a result they are in the market for a new Factory Manager to lead the operational team on a day to day basis, manufacturing short shelf life products for leading premium retailers. This is an environment that is undergoing considerable change and development in order to meet ambitious growth plans, so we need someone who has experienced this type of scenario and is able to bring highly effective people leading skills to the business as it needs strong and motivational team leadership. The product range is diverse and includes considerable and regular NPD activity, so strong technical and product awareness is necessary.
