NPD Process Manager

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a NPD Senior Process Technologist / Process Manager to join a leading added value food group. Liaising closely with the NPD Concept Team you will be responsible for taking approved concepts through to successful factory launch regularly reviewing materials, products and processes to drive innovation and achieve departmental targets. Your role would focus on building strong working relations with the Retailers through delivery of cutting edge products pushing boundaries, maintaining high standards and identifying new systems to achieve consistent quality product right first time. You will be required to work across multiple sites with the main base being in the North West.

The successful candidate will posses a degree in a food related subject as well as previous experience of working within an NPD process development role ideally within a Chilled Food or Bakery environment. You will have strong time-management and organisational skills with a clear ability to delegate & prioritise but above all you will have a positive attitude, a passion for food and the desire to join and succeed in a fast paced dynamic business.
