Job Description

HR Officer required for busy manufacturing business just West of Edinburgh: An HR Officer with a breadth of HR experience, gained ideally in a manufacturing environment, is required to join the expanding HR team of a highly successful food manufacturer near Edinburgh.

Experience of supporting Line Managers in the implementation of a range of HR policies and procedures such as recruitment, discipline and grievance, absence management is sort.

This role requires an individual with credibility and presence to influence the management team, preferably CIPD qualified.
