Job Description

The Consumer Products Europe division specialises in the development and distribution of fresh and long-life beverage products and a Packaging Developer is sought to join the team at their facility in Wageningen.

The role entails responsibility for a variety of packaging projects ranging from new product development and innovation to value engineering and cost efficiency initiatives. This includes initiating and monitoring the packaging innovation policy and contributing to the implementation of the packaging strategy. You will lead and participate in project teams, manage packaging specifications, work closely with production to troubleshoot and build meaningful relationships with suppliers and design agencies.

You will need to have a technically biased degree supported by packaging courses and in-depth hands on experience. Strong interpersonal skills are sought (with fluency in English) to work across a number of departments. Ability to travel is also required.
