Interim Production Manager

Job Description

This is an urgent requirement for an interim production manager. You will need a background in food production and have the ability to drive efficiencies. This is not a role for a facilitator, you will enjoy being in the factory, close to the team and being hands on to deliver the improvements needed. Proven people management skills are clearly critical to the change management elements of this interim job. Tangible productions/operational achievements are key - we need to see the, what and how! This is a classic interim management role with a 3 month timescale to put your experience into practice. An excellent opportunity to join a successful business who experienced positive growth in the last 2-3 years. You need to be operationally strong but a people manager who has the evidence to display your skill.
