Interim Process Development Manager - Food manufacturing

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Process Development Technologist who is looking for a contract or interim role where they can make their mark and work with a fantastic team. You must have worked in the food industry in the chilled products manufacturing sector.

Managing the process development team, you will be a confident operator ensuring the delivery of product through successful launch programmes. Your responsibility will cover all factory and pre-production trials communicating cross-functionally with technical, engineering and operations colleagues. Although the processes are robust, this forward thinking and dynamic team need an individual who is always looking to improve and refine systems and procedures.

Reporting to the Development Manager your remit is to ensure that all innovation is delivered seamlessly through the factory and to successful launch. You need proven communication skills and a good technical/development background.
