Interim Technical Manager

Job Description

Our client is well established and based in the south of England. It has an immediate need for an interim Technical Manager who has the confidence and gravitas to drive change. This is about winning hearts and minds and engaging the team in the improvements you will deliver. The focus, as always, is to distribute quality product at speed and they need robust technical systems in place to ensure they do this correctly. Proven managerial experience and change management is critical, as is understanding the demands of the major UK retail customer base. You will need to be a hands on manager who will get involved in the daily demands of the role rather than directing from above - so in other words, getting your hands dirty as required.

Exposure to the outbound element of the supply chain function would be beneficial, as this is the key focus of the role in the early stages.
