Job Description

Due to increased customer business our client is now looking to recruit a highly dedicated and motivational Team Manager to lead a team of food production operatives. Increasing output through motivating the team and increasing efficiencies will be key but a strong focus will also be made towards GMP, hygiene and H&S. You will also be involved in scaling up new products to factory trials and assisting in coaching and training new staff.

Therefore we require a highly motivated individual with commercial acumen to lead this team. You will come from a FMCG background and ideally food manufacturing and have a sound knowledge of GMP, H&S, continuous improvement (CI) and people management skills.
