Operations Manager (Engineering background)

Looking to both expand the operation and raise the bar even further with maximising efficiencies and machine performance, they now require the input and expertise of a manufacturing management professional who truly understands processes and can advise and guide on future developments. Managing a small team you will be instrumental in ensuring that everyone is comprehensively trained and that CI initiatives are being created and driven in the pursuit of manufacturing excellence.

Working with some very skilled and dynamic manufacturing professionals you will enjoy the interaction, business development discussions and project management such a role brings.

Degree qualified with an Engineering discipline or of degree calibre with a thorough understanding of highly automated plant and processes, you will currently be in a manufacturing management role within a lean or WCM environment. Passionate about achieving the best levels of performance and standards and constantly challenging 'the norm', you will seeking a role that can give you more autonomy to deliver WCM results and take a business forward.
