This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager looking for a new and challenging role within a fast paced, multi-retailer focused meal solutions site. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of development technologists.

Job Description

You will be a motivated, passionate and determined development manager, enabling you to drive, inspire and motivate your team to meet objectives. Your exceptional presentation standards and communication skills will ensure you build and maintain good working relationships with internal functions and major retailers displaying your confidence, knowledge and competence.

You will plan, organise and control resources to deliver new product development concepts to agreed timescales, embracing the principles of category and consumer insights. Your culinary flair and passion will create a unique product catalogue and maintain quality for existing ranges. You will also be commercially astute, delivering to guidelines and within timescale.
