Commercial Director - Food Manufacturing

My client is an award winning established Food Manufacturer who supply the major multiples with high quality products. They currently have a requirement within the business to appoint a Commercial Director to manage an ambitious team who are driving commercial business development which is alligned to the business visions and strategy. Holding the senior relationships for multiple customers you will develop accounts in line with business strategy as well as identifying new commercial opportunities. You will have exceptional commercial leadership skills and have proven experience of recruiting, driving and developing a commercial team within the UK's Food Manufacturing sector. You will need to demonstrate a track record in spearheading innovative NPD campaigns, ideally within the major multiples and show a breadth of understanding across all functions. Ref MJH7824
