Engineering Manager West Midlands £40,000 Our client is currently looking for a strong successful or progressive Engineering Manager with food manufacturing management experience. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Department including cost control and development of an effective Preventative Maintenance Programme, leading Site Safety, participation in development of a Continuous Improvement Culture, as well as raising overall Factory Manufacturing Standards, including the development & delivery of Capital projects to time & anticipated benefits. The successful candidate will be a professionally qualified engineer with an FMCG background, preferably brewing or liquid filling. You will have a strong mechanical ability, a working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and PLC systems and experience of TPM and conducting root cause analysis. You must be a strong communicator and interact effectively with people at all levels. Ref MJH7829
