Job Description

They have strong relationships with the major multiples across a number of categories and have very exciting plans for business growth in the forthcoming years. To support this business plan, they are looking to recruit a purchasing and procurement specialist to work closely with the senior buyer.

You will manage a mixed and diverse category of products and will be responsible for a number of business initiatives in addition. You will have the required credibility and stature to drive this category forward for the business.

This a real opportunity for someone to step up to a challenging role who will deputise for the Senior Buyer and regularly work on a projects together.

A background in a fast paced environment e.g. food (chilled, frozen), FMCG is critical. Retailer experience would also be a significant advantage.
