Production Planner

Job Description

My client, a major blue chip food manufacturer is in the market for a Production Planner to join their growing business. The main focus of this role is to plan production for all customers to ensure 100% customer service. You will be tasked with maintaining the current food planning systems and create accurate forecasts and communicate materials requirements for all products.

You will continuously look to improve planning systems with the aim to improve overall efficiency.

We would be keen to discuss the role with you if you fit with the criteria specified below:

· High degree of confidence with IT systems and are PC literate.
· Ability to work in a pressurised environment is essential.
· High degree of self-motivation is required.
· Ability to work on own initiative.
· An excellent communicator and team player.
· Demonstrates an ability to manage detail with a high degree of accuracy.
