Proven Team Leader is required to join a major blue chip chilled food manufacturer. My client is looking to appoint a Team Leader who ideally has experience of working in a food-manufacturing environment. However they will also consider strong man managers who possess a FMCG background who would be interested in joining an industry famous for its fast pace and high pressure and career opportunities The main focus of this particular role is lead and motivate a team, understand the manufacturing process and have a good understanding of how this impacts on performance.
