Process Engineering Manager

Summary

This leading manufacturer of chilled food products is looking for an Engineering Manager who can take ownership and responsibility for the process area of this busy food plant.

Job Description

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and managing a team of eight, you will provide direction and support by leading by example to ensure your team achieves its potential & objectives.

Driving ongoing and sustainable improvements to achieve Plant Reliability, Waste and Efficiency Targets will be achieved through supporting improvements to the PPM system ensuring that spares are effectively managed and where possible rationalised.

You should be able to demonstrate experience of driving efficiencies and improvements from within an automated food production plant.

It would advantageous if you have hands on experience of APV, S&W or VCH equipment and you must be able to develop a culture based on the continuous pursuit of best practice in Manufacturing through flexibility of attitudes, working practices and skills.
