Back Shift Managers (2-10pm) sought for food manufacturer based on outskirts of Edinburgh: We need individuals with experience of running manufacturing teams at both the 'prep' and packing end of the food production process.

Job Description

Ideally, you will have food manufacturing experience so that you can deal with the pace and variety of short-shelf-life, component production.

Essential, though, is a motivational style of management whereby you tap into the hidden talents of your team so that they deliver to their full potential. You will need to demonstrate a track record in meeting productivity targets by driving efficiency improvements in a safe and secure environment.

The ability to interpret data and statistics is required in order to clearly communicate performance along the management chain.
