Our client has enjoyed fantastic growth and has moved into supplying the major retailers after years of enjoying an excellent reputation in foodservice.

The business recognise that they need new technical systems and procedures in place to meet the auditing standards to supply retail.

Job Description

The current teams are stepping up to the challenge and meeting the increase in demand and they need a mentor, coach and technical specialist who can work with them to make the necessary changes.

You will need a food industry background and proven achievements in assisting teams to achieve BRC accreditation. You will have been a key player in taking a site through successful retailer audits.

Initially this is a 3 month contract but, as you would expect with an assignment of this nature, there is a possibility that this will be extended. There is a potential for this to be a 4 day/week assignment for the right candidate.
