Process Development Manager

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading added value chilled food group, well known for delivering first to market ideas. We are searching for a Process Development Manager who can lead and develop senior and junior process technologists. You will be responsible for taking control of process development for leading high street retail customers, and building strong working relations through delivery of cutting edge products - pushing boundaries, maintaining high standards and identifying new systems to achieve consistent quality product right first time. We would like to see candidates with a proven track record of consistently delivering beyond customer expectation with the ability to lead a team internally who will really get to grips with their customer and business needs.

You will need a Food Science qualification and previous experience of working within a process development role, ideally experience of working within a Chilled Food Environment.
