Job Description

Our client is currently searching for a dedicated H&S Manager who has a keen eye for detail and a proven track record within a food-manufacturing environment. Your main role will be to help the business drive down the accident rate, measure performance and ensure overall business compliance to company H&S policies and procedures whilst continually improving performance. You will be tasked with reducing RIDDOR accidents and shall be fully knowledgeable and compliant of the procedure in accident investigation. What is key however is the ability to influence and inspire the workforce at all levels in order to embed and instil the importance of H&S within the work place. Environment awareness and/or qualifications shall be seen as an added bonus.
