Engineering Supervisor (Food)

Job Description

We are looking for a number of electrical, mechanical and multi skilled engineers for our large blue chip food client. You should have attained a 2:1 BEng degree and have a strong understanding of both PPM and reactive maintenance. Our client is embarking on a journey of growth and at the heart of this lies process and operational efficiency improvement so we are looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail and the ability to ask "why?". You will play a key part in the planning, management and implementation of capital expenditure projects but your key remit shall be ensuring equipment downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. Working in this type of environment will give you an excellent understanding of large-scale food manufacturing processes and take you on our client's journey of growth and up skilling.

You should ideally have a background within the food or FMCG industry or at least a strong knowledge of the food-manufacturing environment. We see this opportunity as an excellent stepping-stone into engineering management and would expect the successful candidate to flourish within this company's flexible internal career path.
