Production Manager

Job Description

We are currently looking for an energetic and driven Production Manager to drive efficiencies in this extremely successful packing facility. The company can offer fantastic potential for future development and are looking for someone to join them on their incredible success story of Year on Year growth so far.

This position requires someone who is a true self starter and has strong management skills. You will need to "own" the production area and drive OEE and continuous improvement. Currently this is a labour intensive project and so there is the opportunity to bring a large degree of automation into the facility greatly increasing efficiencies.

Therefore we require someone who has a proven track record of increasing throughput of product through strong management skills. Additionally due to the need to implement new systems a project engineering/management background will be extremely useful. We require candidates to come from a packing background although the product packed is not important.
