Business Development Chef - A great opportunity for a creative and ambitious Chef to join a market leader in the prepared chilled foods manufacturing arena.

This is a role that will suit an experienced NPD Chef looking for their next career advancement, you will need to be ready to take on more accountability and really influence product innovation driving newness and exploring first to market ideas that will mould the longer term business strategy. As the site Business Development Chef you will be accountable for keeping the business up to date with food trends, new food technologies and not afraid to explore new boundaries. It will be your task to ensure that food standards and awareness are raised delivering product presentations and workshops internally, not only for the NPD Team but you'll need to engage with other functions so that everyone can identify with and understand the benefits of NPD and be able to tap into your expertise. You'll need to be highly innovative, be able to challenge and educate, and exhibit a real passion for food. Interact with retail clients gaining their respect and trust will be vital for this role to be effective - you'll need to be able to deliver right first time.
