Development Chef

Job Description

A commercially focused Development Chef required, ideally with foodservice and retail knowledge able to demonstrate a real diversity in cooking.
Chefs with or without previous experience within the food manufacturing sector will be considered however you will need to be able to:
i. forge strong working relationships
ii. prove a credible chef background through a previous career moves
iii. demonstrate a strong team ethic, respecting and drawing upon others expertise, able to impart knowledge engaging and inspiring and training others encouraging a progressive approach to self development
iv. show a proven track record of delivering within tight commercial constraints with an understanding of customer brand values
