Job Description

A dynamic foodie NPD Manager is required to lead a small team at this site of a major food group that develops chilled ready to cook products for well known retail clients.
The role will focus on the overall direction and management of new product development at the site. Previous experience of managing and leading a team is a must, your food values, creativity, commerciality and personal credibility will need to be very high.

Your understanding of cross-functional projects with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Technical and Sales & Marketing colleagues will be regular, this will be imperative in continuing growth and success of this division.
