This is a truly exciting opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef who has worked in the 4/5 Star hotel sectors now looking for a new challenge. We are looking for a Pastry Chef who can transfer their skill and talent into an NPD role showcasing and demonstrating product versatility working with leading hotel chains, foodservice and bakery clients. You will work closely with clients and the Sales Team providing a bespoke service identify client needs and delivering creative solutions always taking a pro-active approach. You'll need to be a 'people person' who can work with all levels of personnel from varying cultures and be prepared to travel extensively across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.

This is an outstanding chance to further develop your own knowledge of Asian cuisines and cultures whilst becoming an integral part of this very well established and respected business that has exciting growth plans. This is a hand on development role however there is a clear aim that through working closely with clients, demonstrating and educating Pastry and Bakery personnel it will result in increased and new sales.
