Job Description
Our client is a well-known household branded blue chip company
looking to enhance its Sales Operation with an ambitious National
Account Manager to manage one of its premium Grocery Retailer
Accounts.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximising the growth
potential of the category utilising your account management
experience in this branded food industry. Your knowledge of
retailer techniques, understanding of costing and margins and the
impact of decisions on company performance are all key
requirements.
You will have experience of national account management, ideally,
with one of the major retailers, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, M&S
or Waitrose. You will have proven success in managing and
developing accounts in a FMCG blue chip company. Educated to degree
standard, or can demonstrate graduate calibre, you will be a team
player, adaptable, flexible, results driven and computer
literate.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with ability to
influence and manage change with detailed knowledge of Retail
trade.
