Job Description

This leading specialist food manufacturing company is looking for a Factory Manager to head up the production team through eight direct reports. You must have loads of drive, energy and skills in modern manufacturing techniques including Lean. The client is looking for a strong and robust leader who can overcome resistance to change in a positive and motivational manner. Ideally they would like to see experience in short shelf life foods and a fast moving production environment supplying the leading High Street multiples including M&S. To be successful you must have a real focus on GMP and compliance through a rigorous set of KPIs.
