Production Shift Manager - Food Manufacturing / FMCG

Job Description

Our client is a major food group who supply own label chilled food products to the UK retail and foodservice sectors. Renowned for providing innovative and attractive products to all the major UK retailers, the business is focussed on attracting individuals who share its passion for the production and development of quality foods.

They are looking to add to their manufacturing operation by recruiting an additional Front Line Manager/Shift Manager/Production Supervisor who has experience of working within a fast paced environment such as food manufacturing or FMCG. As the Production Shift Manager you will manage and support a team of Team Leaders and Production Operatives ensuring daily production and manufacturing targets are met and exceeded. You will maintain line records, manage best practice manufacturing principles and oversee the operation as a whole.

To be successful you will have strong man management skills developed within a food production management capacity where you will have proven ability in delivering daily production KPI's and driving large teams. Anyone with experience of working within chilled foods or a high care environment will have a distinct advantage.
