Job Description

This is an exciting and progressive Area Production Manager role with a company who are currently enjoying growth within their sector. Working to GMP standards and ensuring product quality and health and safety are never compromised you will ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs and support and develop a Factory culture within your area where individuals feel able to challenge the status quo and encourage feedback from all levels.

This role is suited to an Area Production Manager who has exposure to food manufacturing and a focus on continuous improvement and OEE. You will have the ability to lead and motivate a department of manufacturing operatives through an innovative approach and excellent communication skills. You will possess good numeric and problem solving skills and a 'can do' attitude.
