Food Technical Manager, based East Midlands / Nationwide - Two food manufacturing businesses are looking to appoint Technical Managers to boost multi-site technical support across their operations. These roles require flexibility of travel, largely in the UK but some overseas, and a very solid background in quality and technical management, ideally with a chilled or fresh foods business at some point in your career. The roles require good people skills to influence best practice across teams working on different product and retailer specifications. Remits are diverse that no two days will be the same: your activity could range from working with a team to troubleshoot bottlenecks - real and imagined! - Through to strategic innovation to ensure the company remains leading edge with its retail clients.
