Senior HR Officer, Lincolnshire: A great opportunity exists for an HR Officer with generalist HR experience in a manufacturing environment who is looking to progress up the career ladder. You will join a progressive team of professionals with 'business partner' responsibility for a sector of this extensive business. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will enjoy the benefits of a strong administrative team to facilitate your HR plan. However, your interpersonal skills will be key in getting buy in from Line Managers on people issues within their area and ensuring that HR influences their decisions. This role is about delivering profit improvement for the business so you will need to demonstrate a breadth of business understanding.
