Job Description

Shift Manager, packing based near Edinburgh: This chilled food manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Shift Manager to its Packing Line to take responsibility for a team of packers. Whilst it isn't essential to have worked in the food sector, it is necessary to have experience of managing a team of people and your style needs to be a motivational and coaching one. You will also need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process; in particular examples of driving performance improvement plans for efficiency and quality. Shift pattern will include some backshift i.e. 2-10pm.
