Interim Team Manager

Job Description

Our client has an urgent need for an interim team manager to head up a medium sized operations team. This is a mainstream production supervisory role provided you have a solid grounding in a production environment in either chilled food or produce. You need to be an organised and efficient individual who can work well with the team and manage the work flow to ensure you meet the needs of the production plan. This area of the factory is fast paced so the category experience mentioned above is critical as is your ability to lead from the front and manage effectively.
