Interim Senior Production Manager

Job Description

This is an urgent requirement for a senior interim production manager. You will need a background in chilled food manufacturing or bakery with proven skills in implementing KPI's and driving efficiencies. This is not a role for a facilitator, you will enjoy being in the factory, close to the team and being hands on to deliver the improvements needed. Proven people management skills are clearly critical to the change management elements of this interim job. Tangible production/operational achievements are key - we need to see the what and how! This is a classic interim management role with a 3-month timescale to put your experience into practice.
