Head of Technical/Technical Controller in London: A rare opportunity for career progression for senior Technical Managers. This large food manufacturing business is looking for a Head of Technical to strategically co-ordinate technical activity across a number of business units.

Job Description

An experienced Technical Manager at present, you will need a track record in contributing as part of the senior management team, driving business forward in terms of growth based on technical innovation.

You will also need to have retailer credibility, having worked closely with a number of the major multiples. Accountable for the respective businesses' technical / quality teams, you will be responsible for ensuring their potential is optimised in terms of individual personal development as well as team effectiveness. Therefore your leadership and coaching qualities are key to selection along with your Technical strategic capabilities.

This role reports to the Managing Director.
