How would you like to be part of a huge success story? We require two highly motivated Shift Managers with excellent management skills to be the driving force behind this industry leading business. Managing a small team on the night shift (6pm to 6am / 4 on 4 off) you will drive production using KPIs and motivational skills.

This is a wide ranging role and will cover many other areas including attending taste panels, training and assisting NPD with factory scale up of new products and ensuring they are run successfully. Quality is also key to this company's success so you will need to be well versed in HACCP, GMP and H&S.

We are looking for candidates with a chilled food background and if you have automation / semi-automation equipment / environment experience so much the better. This company offers a good package but of more interest will be the potential long term career development that is associated with this company.
