Team Manager - Nights

Job Description

This role entails managing the night shift of a busy food manufacturer. It is a great opportunity to move into a mainstream production supervisory role provided you have a solid grounding in either a technical, engineering, or process development role in Food Manufacturing followed by significant exposure as a Team Leader.

Ideally, they would like you to have had experience of the food manufacturing sector but for outstanding people managers, they will make an exception provided you have a track record in FMCG production where you have continually improved performance, through your teams, of both efficiencies and quality. What is important is that you are aware of the timelines and pressures involved in food production coupled with excellent motivating and inspiring skills.
