Quality Assurance Auditor / Technical Assistant

Job Description

We currently have a number of opportunities for food QA professionals with a technical background to join large progressive companies with the key remit being to ensure the quality assurance systems and product integrity within the business are maintained.

Duties accountable for this role are:

· ensuring the documented quality system procedures are adhered to
· liasing with production to ensure compliance with code of practices
· attending factory trials
· auditing the quality management system
· daily sampling
· investigating customer complaints and over spec micro
