Job Description

We currently require a dedicated and quality focused hygiene professional to join a leading food producer in South Lincolnshire. Hours of work are 1400-2230, 5 days from 7 and you will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness of the factory and ensuring the cleaning schedules are adhered to. You will be responsible for assigned budgets and control as necessary and be responsible for up to, 30+ Hygiene Operatives 7 days a week night shift operation. You shall ensure the optimal utilisation of plant, materials and people to achieve set objectives and Hygiene schedules and to be accountable for the safety, hygiene issues and to deal with personnel issues resulting in an efficiently run operation.
