Production Shift Manager

Job Description

Based in the West Midlands area, my market leading client require a Production Shift Manager to lead, manage and develop the production team, ensuring that the shift runs safely and efficiently producing product of the highest quality. Managing a team of cira 50 Production staff in a highly automated FMCG environment you will continuously look for ways of improving systems and processes in order to maximise performance.

You will currently be in a similar Shift Manager/ Team Manager role within a fast paced food manufacturing environment. You will be a strong man manager with experience of Performance Management, Staff Development and HR Policies and Procedures. With the company embaking on a World Class Manufacturing programme you will be able to demonstrate your involvement in Continuous Improvement projects and compliance with H&S and Food Safety systems.
