Job Description

My client is part of a major Group within the FMCG Food and Drink manufacturing sector that is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader based in the North East area, to help spearhead their World Class Manufacturing journey and assist with the empowerment of their site personnel.

Having embarked on a lean programme they now wish to sustain the initial impetus and enthusiasm via the recruitment of an experienced Continuous Improvement Leader who can ensure that the CI journey is kept on track and that standards are challenged and raised throughout their process.

Ideally you will be a 'hands on' an experienced Continuous Improvement Leader or Continuous Improvement Manager who can demonstrate a good track record of driving and implementing cultural change. Possessing boundless enthusiasm and drive your 'can do' attitude and ability to gain 'buy in' via excellent influencing skills, will be pivotal to facilitating cost savings and efficiencies through the introduction of lean/CI initiatives.

This Continuous Improvement Leader role based in the North East is a high visibility role within the organisation that can potentially offer a very good route into further career progression within the group.
