As Technical Manager of this customer focused, highly professional and progressive business, you will be responsible for proactively driving truly sustainable and innovative quality standards for the operation. Working as a senior member of the management team, you will directly influence the business strategy and customer relationships. This client prides itself on the relationships they have with their major customer and it is essential you have a high level of credibility with top five multiples. As part of a larger group, career prospects are fabulous for a successful and ambitious candidate as proven by many of the peers you will be working with. We are looking for a highly progressive Technical Manager, with a proactive and energetic approach to the discipline and who can also demonstrate a real ability to impact on the broad business agenda.

Ideally you will have a fresh produce background and familiar with dealing with M&S, Sainsburys, Waitrose or Tesco. There will be travel involved with this role so flexibility to fly to Europe would be a prerequisite for this vacancy that will provide an excellent springboard to future progression.
